Marina Bay Sands SkyPark Observation Deck Entry Tickets Overview

Perched atop the three iconic towers of the Marina Bay Sands integrated resort at the head of Marina Bay, the SkyPark Observation Deck is one of the most dramatic viewpoints in Southeast Asia. At Level 56, nearly 200 metres above street level, the unsheltered outdoor observation deck curves around the south end of the SkyPark's famous rooftop, offering unobstructed panoramic views that on a clear day extend across the entire width of Singapore and far beyond to the islands of Malaysia and Indonesia.

From the observation deck, the entirety of Singapore's extraordinary modern skyline reveals itself in every direction. To the south, the Gardens by the Bay Supertrees rise from their 101-hectare waterfront park. To the north, the glass towers of the CBD and the Singapore River disappear into the urban distance. Sentosa Island and its beaches stretch to the south-west, and the Strait of Singapore beyond it carries the constant traffic of one of the world's busiest shipping lanes. The Esplanade, the Singapore Flyer, and dozens of Singapore's most celebrated landmarks are visible simultaneously from a single viewpoint.

In 2026 the SkyPark Observation Deck is celebrating Marina Bay Sands' 15th anniversary with Skyline Singapore: Stories from Above, a new showcase tracing the past, present, and future of this architectural icon. Evening visits are particularly spectacular as the Spectra light and water show at the Events Plaza below and the Garden Rhapsody show at Gardens by the Bay are both visible from the deck simultaneously. Book your Marina Bay Sands SkyPark tickets online in advance for the best prices.

FAQs

1Can I access the Infinity Pool with an observation deck ticket?

No. The Infinity Pool on Level 57 of the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark is strictly reserved for hotel guests staying at the Marina Bay Sands hotel. An observation deck ticket grants access to the Level 56 observation deck only and does not include the Infinity Pool. Visitors who are not hotel guests can view the Infinity Pool from the observation deck but cannot enter it.

2How do I get to the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark Observation Deck?

The observation deck entrance is via the Hotel Tower 3 driveway at 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956. From Bayfront MRT station on the Circle Line and Downtown Line, take Exit B to ground level and walk along the outer perimeter from Tower 1 to Tower 3. The journey from the MRT station takes approximately 5 to 10 minutes on foot. The entrance to the observation deck is clearly signposted from the hotel driveway.

3Is the SkyPark Observation Deck suitable for families with young children?

Yes, the SkyPark Observation Deck is a wonderful experience for families. Children under 2 enter free. The panoramic views and the dramatic architecture of the building itself captivate visitors of all ages. The observation deck is fully accessible with smooth surfaces and lift access. Parents should be aware that the deck is an unsheltered outdoor area with significant wind at height and appropriate clothing is recommended.

4Can the SkyPark Observation Deck close unexpectedly?

Yes. The SkyPark Observation Deck is an unsheltered outdoor area and may temporarily close due to lightning, extreme rain, or other severe weather conditions for the safety of visitors. Ticketholders who have entered the observation deck less than one hour before an unscheduled closure may be entitled to a refund. Checking weather conditions and the official Marina Bay Sands website before visiting is always recommended.

5What is the difference between non-peak and peak tickets?

Non-peak tickets cover entry to the SkyPark Observation Deck from 10:00 to 16:30 and are priced lower. Peak tickets cover entry from 17:00 onwards and are priced slightly higher as they offer access during the golden hour, sunset, and the evening when Singapore's illuminated skyline and the nightly Spectra and Garden Rhapsody shows are visible from the deck. Both ticket types offer the same full access to the observation deck itself.

6What is the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark Observation Deck?

The Marina Bay Sands SkyPark Observation Deck is a public outdoor viewing platform on Level 56 of the Marina Bay Sands resort, approximately 200 metres above street level. It offers 360-degree panoramic views across Marina Bay, Gardens by the Bay, the CBD skyline, Sentosa Island, and beyond. In 2026 it features Skyline Singapore: Stories from Above, a new showcase celebrating the resort's 15th anniversary.

7What is the best time to visit the SkyPark Observation Deck?

Evening visits beginning at 17:00 are widely recommended as they allow visitors to experience both the daytime and illuminated night panorama in a single visit. The Spectra light and water show at the Events Plaza below runs daily at 20:00 and 21:00 and is visible from the deck, as is the Garden Rhapsody show at Gardens by the Bay at 19:45 and 20:45. Morning visits from 10:00 offer the clearest visibility and smallest crowds.

8What is Skyline Singapore: Stories from Above?

Skyline Singapore: Stories from Above is a 2026 showcase at the SkyPark Observation Deck celebrating the 15th anniversary of Marina Bay Sands alongside Singapore's own 60th birthday. It invites visitors to discover the past, present, and future of the Marina Bay Sands resort through immersive storytelling presented at the observation level.
