Singapore Cable Car Entry Tickets Overview

Established in 1974 as Singapore's first and only cable car system, the Singapore Cable Car has been carrying passengers between mainland Singapore and Sentosa Island for over 50 years in a continuously evolving and always spectacular aerial journey. Operated by Mount Faber Leisure Group, the cable car network today spans two lines: the Mount Faber Line connecting Mount Faber Peak to HarbourFront and Sentosa Station, and the Sentosa Line running between stations within Sentosa Island itself.

The Mount Faber Line offers the most dramatic and scenic experience, lifting passengers 100 metres above ground level as the gondolas traverse the journey from the forested hilltop of Mount Faber Peak across Keppel Harbour to Sentosa, passing over the container ships and vessels of one of the world's busiest ports with the full panorama of the Singapore CBD skyline to the north and the Strait of Singapore stretching to the Indonesian islands to the south. On a clear day the views are extraordinary in both directions.

The Singapore Cable Car currently features vibrant Pokémon-themed interiors on both lines, with Pikachu, Eevee, Charmander, Jigglypuff, and Gengar accompanying passengers throughout their journey with colourful cabin designs, interactive photopoints at stations, and a special UV torch Night Ride experience after 19:45. The Sentosa Line additionally features Disney Cruise Line-themed designs until 20 September 2026. Premium experiences including the SkyOrb glass-floor gondola, Sky Dining, and Sky Hylix zipline add further options for those seeking elevated adventure. Book your cable car tickets online in advance.

3What are the two Singapore Cable Car lines?

The Singapore Cable Car operates two lines. The Mount Faber Line runs from Mount Faber Station to HarbourFront Station and Sentosa Station, crossing Keppel Harbour at approximately 100 metres above the water. Passengers can alight at any station along the route and re-board as part of their round-trip ticket.

5What are the current themed gondola designs at the Singapore Cable Car?

As of mid-2026, the Singapore Cable Car features Pokémon-themed interior designs on both lines with Pikachu, Eevee, Charmander, Jigglypuff, and Gengar featured throughout the gondola cabins.
