Certain time slots at Park Guell are reserved exclusively for local Barcelona residents and Gaudir Mes members. The Bon Dia Barcelona slot from 07:00 to 09:30 and the Bon Vespre Barcelona slot from 18:00 to 22:00 are not available to tourists regardless of season. Tourist entry is only permitted during the standard daytime hours between these reserved windows.

Park Guell is located on Carmel Hill in the Gracia district of Barcelona. The most convenient ways to get there are Bus 24 which stops near the main entrance, the hop-on hop-off tourist bus, or a taxi directly to the park. The Monumental Zone is the ticketed central area of Park Guell containing all of Gaudi's major works including the Dragon Staircase, the Hypostyle Hall, and the serpentine bench terrace. The surrounding 17 hectares of pine woods, terraced gardens, and stone viaducts are entirely free to enter and require no ticket.
