Dawwama is a Guinness World Record holder for the world's largest hydromagnetic tornado waterslide. Up to six riders in a raft are propelled through a pitch-dark tube by jets of water before being released into a colossal 19-meter-diameter spinning funnel, generating forces comparable to a real tornado. It is the park's most unique and most sought-after attraction and consistently attracts the longest wait times of any ride in the park.

Yas Waterworld is located on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, adjacent to Ferrari World and Warner Bros. World in the west entertainment cluster. By car from Dubai, take the E11 Sheikh Zayed Road to the Yas Island exit; the journey takes approximately 60 minutes. Free surface parking is available on site. Yas Express shuttle services run from selected Dubai and Abu Dhabi locations for guests with valid park tickets; always verify the current shuttle schedule before relying on this service.

PearlMasters is an interactive treasure hunt experience integrated throughout Yas Waterworld, played using the guest's cashless wristband. Participants use special scanners located at various points in the park to reveal coded clues and progress through the hunt, with prizes and rewards available for completion. The pearl diving experience also allows guests to dive for a real oyster and keep a genuine pearl discovered inside as a memento of the visit.

A full day of 6 to 8 hours is recommended to comfortably experience all major rides and attractions at Yas Waterworld, including the pearl diving experience, PearlMasters, and a lazy river float. Visitors focused primarily on the major thrill rides should allow a minimum of 4 to 5 hours. Arriving at opening at 10:00 and prioritizing Dawwama, Bandit Bomber, and Liwa Loop in the first 90 minutes delivers the best queue times.

The Al Raha River lazy river is accessible to all ages. The Amwaj Wave Pool is popular with children who can swim. Children under 1.1 meters in height pay a lower junior admission rate and certain thrill rides have minimum height requirements that are clearly displayed at each attraction.

Every Friday from 13:00 to 22:00, Yas Waterworld operates exclusively for women and girls as Ladies Day. Boys aged 8 and under may accompany female guardians. No males above the age of 8 are permitted to enter the park during Ladies Day hours. The park maintains full operations with all rides and attractions available during Ladies Day. Male visitors should plan their visit on any day other than Friday afternoon.

All in-park purchases at Yas Waterworld including food, beverages, merchandise, locker rental, and towel hire are made through a waterproof electronic wristband provided to all guests on entry. Credit is loaded onto the wristband at top-up stations throughout the park. Any unused credit at the end of the day is refunded in full at the exit. No cash or physical cards are accepted inside the park.
