Appropriate swimwear is required for pool access. Smart casual attire is expected in the Indoor Lounge. Outside food and drinks are not permitted. The venue does not permit entry for guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and tickets will not be refunded in such circumstances. Booking cancellations are only permitted with a full refund if given more than 30 days notice.

Pool entry tickets include access to AURA for the duration of the selected time slot, allocated seating, use of the 360-degree infinity pool, and one complimentary towel per person. Complimentary changing facilities and lockers are also included. Food and beverages are not included in the ticket price and are charged separately. A minimum spend on food and beverages per person applies during most experience slots with the amount deductible from the food and beverage bill.
