The Dolphin Swim deep-water programme fills up fastest. Cancellation with a full refund is available when cancelled 72 hours or more before the scheduled session. A 50 percent fee applies from 72 to 24 hours before, and no refund is given within 24 hours.

Appropriate swimwear is mandatory for all in-water programmes. Acceptable options are board shorts, speedos, one-piece or two-piece swimsuits, bikinis, and rash guards. Not permitted in the water are abayas, jeans, long pants, cotton clothing, undergarments, and any street clothing. A wetsuit or waistcoat is provided where required for the programme. Participants should wear swimwear under regular clothing and arrive ready to change quickly at the changing rooms provided.

Dolphin Bay is a marine interaction facility located within the Atlas Village area of Aquaventure World at Atlantis The Palm on Palm Jumeirah. Home to Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins and South African fur seals, it offers multiple interaction programmes ranging from dry-land meets to shallow-water encounters and deep-water swims, all managed by a specialist marine mammal team. Most paid experience tickets include complimentary same-day access to Aquaventure World waterpark.

All paid experience tickets excluding Photo Fun and Observer Pass include the selected dolphin programme, a 30-minute orientation with a marine mammal specialist, a wetsuit or waistcoat where required, changing rooms and showers, towel and locker, complimentary juice after the session, and complimentary same-day access to Aquaventure World waterpark and its private beach. Cameras may be used by spectators in the designated viewing areas and in the dry areas of Atlas Village outside the water zones.

Dolphin Bay is located within Aquaventure World's Atlas Village at Atlantis The Palm, Crescent Road, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. On arrival at Aquaventure World, check in at the Dolphin Bay windows at the Aquaventure Ticketing Plaza and follow signs for Atlas Village. By metro, take the Red Line to Mall of the Emirates then taxi approximately 20 to 30 minutes. The Palm Monorail from the base of the Palm also provides direct access to Atlantis.

Dolphin Bay offers several programme tiers. Dolphin Meet and Greet keeps participants dry with a waterside dolphin encounter, complimentary photo, and educational briefing. Dolphin Encounter is a waist-deep water interactive session suitable for all ages and non-swimmers. Dolphin Swim is a deep-water interaction for confident swimmers aged 8 and above including snorkelling. Observer Pass is available for spectators not entering the water. Photo Fun is a dedicated photo experience option.

Dolphin Meet and Greet and Dolphin Encounter are suitable for all ages and all swimming abilities including non-swimmers. Children 2 years and under have complimentary access to both these programmes. Dolphin Swim is restricted to confident swimmers aged 8 and above who can tread water independently. All children under 12 must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult aged 18 or over. The maximum ratio is one adult to three children under 12.
