Sky Views Observatory Entry Tickets Overview
Sky Views Observatory is located on the 52nd and 53rd floors of Tower 1 of the Address Sky View Hotel, the twin-tower luxury hotel complex on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai, directly opposite the Burj Khalifa across a wide boulevard at a distance that makes it one of the only viewpoints in the city that puts you at eye level with the tower's mid-section rather than looking across at it from a distance.
The Observatory provides 360-degree panoramic views of Downtown Dubai from 219.5 meters above ground level, including the Burj Khalifa at close range, Downtown's architectural skyline, Dubai Creek, the ocean, and on clear days landmarks across the wider city. The floor of the Observatory features a 25-meter glass-panel walkway that places visitors directly above the street level below through transparent glass, creating one of the most striking downward perspectives available at any viewpoint in Dubai.
The Glass Slide is an exterior transparent tube that wraps around the building face and links level 53 to level 52, providing a single exhilarating ride from the upper to the lower observation floor with full views of the city during descent. One Glass Slide ride is included in the standard Observatory ticket per visitor. Additional rides can be purchased for AED 25 each. Weight limits apply: 30 to 150 kilograms. Height limits apply: 120 to 200 centimeters.
The Edge Walk is a separately ticketed add-on experience: a hands-free, harness-secured walk along the open-air ledge of the building's exterior at 219.5 meters with no glass barrier between the participant and the open air.
