Most visitors spend three to five hours. The two floors of attractions take approximately three to four hours at a comfortable pace, with additional time for the Crayon Factory Show and token activities. The Crayon Factory Show is a live theatrical demonstration hosted by Crayola's mascot characters Scarlet and Turk with a resident Crayonologist showing the complete crayon manufacturing process. It runs multiple times daily and is included with general admission. Checking the show schedule on arrival is recommended to plan your visit around preferred show times.

Wrap It Up allows guests to design a custom label, name their crayon, and wrap it around an actual Crayola crayon to take home as a keepsake. Every admission includes one token redeemable at Wrap It Up. The final product is a genuine Crayola crayon in your chosen color with your personalized label, printed and wrapped on site.

Yes. Toddler Town is a dedicated gentle play space for the youngest visitors. The Color Playground, Doodle in the Dark, and Art Alive are accessible to children from age 2 upward. Children aged 2 and under enter free. All areas are fully ADA compliant. Dress children for potential mess from wax, paint, and Model Magic activities.

General admission includes full access to all 25-plus attractions for the entire day, two tokens redeemable at Wrap It Up and Modeling Madness, and a Scribble Scrubbie voucher. In-and-out privileges with a hand stamp allow families to leave for breaks and return. Additional tokens for arcade games and other token-based activities can be purchased inside at extra cost.

Café Crayola on the second floor serves pizza, hot dogs, and salads on weekends only. The Snack Shack operates daily with light snacks and fountain beverages. No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the attraction. In-and-out privileges mean families can exit to The Florida Mall's food court and numerous restaurants, then return with a hand stamp.
